Launched in 2017, One Region One Table showcases the unique culinary culture of three states, two countries, and one beautiful region through an elevated, six-course dinner event complete with a cocktail hour, live entertainment, and a sommelier’s choice wine pairings hosted in a memorable venue.
Our first dinner in 2017 was held under the stars in the newly renovated San Jacinto Plaza with over 180 diners at one communal table. In 2018, Progress321 grew the event to 250 guests and hosted the event in the historic Cortez ballroom in downtown El Paso.
